And finally, the one you have all been waiting for, the number one country, top country to visit in 2022 and beyond goes to…

1. New Zealand

New Zealand is at the top of many travelers’ bucket lists because it is remote, rough, and incredibly beautiful. New Zealand will knock you for six, if it wowed you on the big screen in Lord of the Rings. North and south islands offer you the traveller two different characters. The north is warmer with beautiful beaches and some great hot springs. The south has the highest peaks and glacier-carved fiords, well worth the cold bite in the air.

Plenty of backpackers from around the world would agree that New Zealand is number 1 for adventure activities & extreme sports. Jump out of your comfort zone & take part in some bungy jumping, jet boating, skydiving, or zip lining.

Or, if a relaxing holiday is your cup of tea, you may unwind at lovely hot springs, cultural sites, or art galleries. New Zealand has also handled the pandemic extremely well & promises to be a safe country to visit in 2022.
